Jen Howard- Founder
Jen Howard. Jen began her restaurant career at the age of 17 working in a fast food service restaurant while working through college. Jen worked with many independently owned restaurants through the years, working varied positions from server to kitchen manager. After earning a degree from New England Culinary Institute she opened Food for Strength LLC in 2014
Asela Roberts- Lead Meal Prep
Asela joined Food for Strength in 2016. She brings over ten years of culinary experience to the team. We have Asela to thank for some of our best selling dishes such as spaghetti squash lasagna and honey garlic salmon.
Caitlin Hoess- Logistics Guru
Caitlin joined us in 2017. Caitlin had worked with both Asela & Jen at Sylvester’s, we are so blessed to have her as part of our family.
Caitlin is a Western Mass native who leads the vegetarian front in the Food for Strength family. Food has always played an important part in her life. Her great grandmother taught her the importance of fresh baked bread and homemade pie crust, while her parents continuously remind her with delicious meals, that good food can transform any situation. Her perfect day would include a walk in the woods after at least two cups of strong coffee, followed by a snack of bread and cheese, while being surrounded by cats, dogs, or any other furry friend.
