Here's How You Do It
Decide how do you want to get your food - you can get food delivered to your house or you can pick up your order at one of our pick up locations.

If you want food delivered direct to your doorstep, you'll need to purchase a minimum of 5 meals. Remember that a "meal" is a "single serving", so make sure you order enough for the entire family!
Choose between two convenient options: weekly meal plans or one time orders.
We typically deliver between 12PM-6PM on Mondays in insulated cooler bags with ice packs to keep your delivery cold until you arrive home. In the warmer months we ask that you leave a cooler out for extra protection. Please see info on our pick up location for available pick up days.
Our Delivery Area: Amherst, Hadley, Sunderland, Northampton/ Florence, Belchertown, Holyoke, Easthampton, South Deerfield, Chicopee, Granby, Westfield, Whatley, Hatfield
Delivery Deadline -6PM Saturday
If you would prefer picking up your own food–you'll need to visit one of our pickup locations at
50/50 Fitness/Nutrition's spin studio located at 251 Russell Street Hadley
Pick up orders are available for pick up Monday from 5PM-6PM & Tuesday from 6AM -10AM/ 5PM-6PM
Or Pioneer Valley Crossfit located at 375 South Street Northampton for pick up Monday from 5PM-7PM
